the property is nicely decorated, it has very amiable and competent staff at the reception desk. the queen room is modern with fields around the lodge, a nice sofa, a great view. the hotel is on an amazing and beautiful location not far from sightseeing and surroundings, and the cable car. great nearby places include the lord high admiral, we usually had drinks there. a gourmet restaurant has outstanding meals.

Enjoyed fantastic breakfast, well priced and a nice size room.
We got a room with a bath. The peaceful location was so close to Melchsee-Frutt Cable Car.

The rooms at this family-friendly hotel were a nice size. It was in a remote setting down the mountain.

A large desk and a balcony - basic facilities we needed in a well priced room. Melchsee-Frutt Cable Car was not very far from the hotel, loved its location in the wonderful mountains. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

I absolutely loved the cozy and warm decoration of the hotel. The wood accents and the fireplace in the lobby created a very welcoming atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible for people of all ages. The staff was very attentive and ready to assist, making it a comfortable environment for seniors like myself.
I would have liked to see more assistance and patience from the children working there when it came to catering to the specific needs and requests of senior guests.

our recent stay in Melchsee Frutt was made even more memorable thanks to Frutt Mountain Resort. The warm and stylish decor, along with the thoughtful amenities for our baby, made us feel right at home. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we enjoyed a relaxing swim with our little one. The attentive service and delicious fondue added to the overall exceptional experience.
